0% - Police fault. How can they be at fault if they were not there? Were they not called unitl after the incident occurred and then followed the correct procedures?

Using this logic, Wlmart should cough up 100 Grand to the famly for its negligence...

I would hope that they at least pay for the funeral/cemetary through a donation.
cops were there since they open the doors .

Why won't walmart do this when every year someone gets hurt and sues them and wins.
That idea is bullshit. How come at thousands of other Wal-Marts (Not to mention Best Buys, Targets, etc.) across the nation nobody else got hurt or killed? This was once isolated incident. The people who stormed the doors should be accountable. But that will never happen because Wal-Mart has the deep pockets.

By your thinking, if I crash my car into a guardrail on the highway and injure myself, I could sue the state. They should have known that I could crash my car into it and the steel could hurt me. How dare they not make it out of marshmallows.

The police should pull the store's security camera tapes and identify every last person in the hoard/mob and charge all of those fuckers with MANSLAUGHTER.

You can crash your car into whatever you want. We're talking about what happened. and it comes down to this. walmart is getting sued by the injured and guess what , the injured party or parties are gonna get some money out of it. happens every year. case closed.
