Yeah, we mix it up...I'm half Persian. We probably won't make anything you listed there.

We don't make turkey, cuz no one in our family likes it. Too tough. Chicken tastes a lot better, IMO.

I like turkey a bit dry and the crispy edges of the spiral ham. The turkey is going to drown in gravy anyway.
