Those Audi LEDs aren't even integrated into the headlight cluster. They are just a strip that is placed (taped?) on the top of the headlight shell just below the fender line.

Longtran took a few pics of them. They can be seen here.

Not sayin that, but enough people gave him shit for posting a video of him going 100+ on public streets. People said he'd get arrested and it wouldn't be hard to find his info from all his videos. I guess he got scared, but not scared enough to change that lame plate. HAHA.
