Go to post number one for a vid of my car during a track day at Infineon. You can hear the exhaust under load; however there is some background noise from other exhausts.

Enjoy!

Does anyone have a pic of what it looks like under the car with the Eisenmann installed? I specifically want to see how secure/leak proof the clamps look. Also, how easy is it to revert back to stock? Is it just a matter of throwing the stock muffler back on and putting the clamps around it?

Nate can you post the sound volume in dB of the Eisenmann Race for the e46 M3? This would serve as a good comparison for me in trying to decide if I am going to stick with the Race or go with the Sport for the e92 M3...

Car now has a deeper throaty growl to it at start up and throughout the throttle power range! At hard acceleration it sounds deeper without much drone. You can tell that the exhaust IS different when driving the car with the windows up however and can faintly hear the exhaust. With the windows down you can clearly hear the exhaust.

Overall very satisfied. Sounds great. Look excellent. Well worth the money...almost drove the car all the way home with the mute button on the radio just to hear the engine! LOL
mdrobc13, Glad you like everything.

It's time for su to make you a nice signature of your car. Please send me some pictures by email.

Eisenmann FTW!

Eisenmann Race review and install photos. Thanks to "In2Deep1080" aka "PunjabiM3"

There is definitely some drone at around 2k rpm, but nothing bad unless of course you drive at 2k rpm all the time in every gear. For someone like me, the sound is just about ideal in terms of volume/loudness (perhaps just a bit on the loud side even for me). If you are used to a louder exhaust then the Eisenmann Race is a great choice. But if you are someone that does NOT like loud exhausts then go with the Sport. I think the sport would probably be too quiet for me, so I am happy I chose the race. The quality of the muffler is superb; nice welds and great craftsmanship. I snapped some pics during the install, so enjoy!

Nate, I remember you guys saying the Supersprint pipes you guys bought were custom w/ the cat delete. How would I go about ordering that?

Also, could you get some shots of the rear-end of your car while squatting down? I want to see what the mufflers look like from behind, if they improve the ugliness of the stock muffler at all.

Jesus, the mufflers stick down like utters on a cow......I was all about this exhaust system till I saw the straight on view from back (not slightly angled like 99% of the pics that people claim or from straight back). I know the stock exhaust shows as well, but not NEARLY as bad as this. So disappointing.....

Trust me, it looks far better than stock.
