is there a way to connect the I POD TOUCH without the ipod/usb option that bmw offers???

Sure, just use a regular 3.5mm audio cable, and connect to your AUX input. All control would need to be done via the ipod touch though.

if i ordered the navi option will still have the aux input port ?

aux port only comes if you order 6FL, the Ipod/usb option

Incorrect.

The AUX port comes with all M3s regardless of navigation or non-navigation .. or 6FL.

6FL adds a additional USB port to the Aux audio port.
