BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
This is a feeler (eventually for sale)
Roughly 250 miles of use
Open to shipping (prefer local)
4,000 firm
Raleigh, NC

Listing Akrapovic Slip-on at the moment to gauge interest. Not officially off the car or available for sale, want to line up buyer/replacement first prior to selling. I bought this in August 2021 brand new as one of the last (if not the last) new E90 slip-on setups available. I believe a few vendors still have some for coupe fitment available brand new.

Reason for the post is that after adding an x pipe, I still am wishing there was more volume inside the car. I think it sounds perfect outside of the car. I am going to likely switch to an Eisenmann race rear section.

Open to shipping
I still have the original box would consider shipping if buyer agreed to cover insurance and shipping costs.

Price is FIRM. The new price was 1,500 for tips and 3,100 for the slip-on. Retail is 4,600 before tax or shipping. List price reflects being used for 250 miles but is in perfect condition.

I have RKP sport now with it. Identical to Akra evo in terms of its cat/resonator setup in hopes it would be louder than the akra evo (stainless vs titanium) and I do think it is, but still isn't on par with the volume of my old OEM mod.

So it's very bittersweet. I love the tone of the akra just wish it was louder.

I've heard alof of people say that about the Akra. Great quality and weight reduction but sound volume is lacking.

Also. Grats on the rkp I wanted to get that from IND but was sold out

Thank you. I recorded a new video the other day. It sounds perfect outside the car. I do absolutely love the tone. If I can't find a buyer I will certainly be keeping it. Just wish downshifts had more bark as I tend to downshift around 3k rpm but this setup needs to be downshifting aggressively 4-5k+ rpm to hear it and I just don't like doing that. I think an Eisenmann would better fit my preferences.

Bump. Let me get an Eisenmann race ordered. Open to shipping if buyer pays shipping + insurance.
