I built this car exactly the way i wanted it, and in my opinion its as good as it gets for a street / some track vehicle.

I am the 3rd owner, and own it outright with title in hand.

The car has had a ton of maintenance work done to it by me, and has several mods which IMO greatly enhance the way the car performs and the experience.

The car was formerly supercharged by the prior owner for 2 years. The SC was removed professionally by TMJ Bimmers in Houston, Tx.

The condition is excellent, and the car needs absolutely nothing.

New throttle actuators from FCP Euro done in 2020 and temp sensor
All fluids changed out in 2020
New spark plugs in 2020

I love this car and E92 m3's, but i just dont have any time to enjoy it now with 3 young children, a more demanding / time intensive position at work, and my dream of track time just isnt reality at this point in my life. Its time for me to admit i just dont have any business owning a 3rd car.

I do NOT want to part the car out, and want to sell it as is to someone who appreciates it for what it is. You can make money on your own if necessary by parting it out yourself.

I DO have the stock seats and brake hardware (except front rotors, which needed replacing)

FYI there's only 18 Monte Carlo Blue Individual cars in America(few more in Canada but they can't be imported I believe due to them being an odd monte carlo blue package/edition). Making this a very rare individual car.

I sold my 2010 E92 M3 MCB "M3 Edition" in 6MT to a buyer in ATL a couple of years ago.. no issues with importation.
