Best upgrade per $$$

My '08 335xi is bone stock minus tints... whats the first thing I should do? What gets me the most improvement for the $$$... basically if you could start over with reasonable cash flow where would you start?

Engine chip- Vishnu V2 will get you the most bang for the buck but it may void the warranty. Not really sure as I don't know much aboiut the 335. Do a search in the right forum and you will get a lot of info on this.
