Paul Miller BMW NJ (rt23) = terrible

They are officially the shadiest and most downright dishonest dealership I've EVER COME ACROSS.

I'll provide a bit of a backstory first. About a few months ago I went there to get an alignment for my car and I thought no big deal, should be done in a few hours right? Well around noon I get a call back from the advisor telling me that there is something loose in the front end (I forget what it was exactly the name escapes me) and that they would need to do that first before the alignment. Cost? $700. So $900 all together. I told them don't do anything, don't even wash my car, I'm coming to pick it up right now.

Fast forward to today, I put an inquiry for an M3 sedan w/ DCT through a couple of stealerships and some woman by the name of Jacqueline from Paul Miller calls me to find out what I want. I give her the info and I ask about Euro delivery. Guess what she said? "No we don't do Euro delivery for these cars, only used". I respond, what kind of program is that? Why would I go to EUROPE to pick up a USED CAR? I told her that the dealership is dishonest and to not call me anymore.

Ah I forgot to mention that she "asked her manager" and this is what she was told. Either way she is clueless AND braindead.

Yea, I'm going to Europe to pick up a used car. Idiots...

I drove 2 hours from NJ to Harrisburg, PA and had the best dealer experience of my life. Call Dan Comune at Sun Motors Cars BMW. They attract customers from all over the east coast due to their reputation. 800-470-8133
