UPDATE: The car is availalbe ASAP! It arrived at the dealer on Friday April 11th.

Greetings,

I presently have a White/Red 2008 E92 Coupe M3 6spd at a local dealer ready to be picked up. I committed to the purchase at MSRP and am looking to get out of the deal.

If you are serious about obtaining an '08 M3 preferably are located in the NY/NJ Tri State area, please PM me and I'll be happy to share further details. The car is a 6 speed (not an M-DCT) and optioned as follows:

Base MSRP $56,500
Alpine White $0
Fox Red Novillo Leather $0

PMs replied to. Guys please, unless you're serious, don't PM me asking me if I'll take offers for less than MSRP. The deal is for MSRP. I'm basically looking to get my deposit back and get out of the committment I made to buy the car.

Legally, you are entitled to get your deposit back if you do not want the car...

The salesman is a friend of mine and I promised him I'd take the car (because of all the hype with these things) - so yes, he's my friend, he'd let me out, but I'd rather find a buyer for him.

your MSRP doesnt include gas tax of $1300, if thats the case thats a good deal
