I am a Christian. I would not marry a non-Christian if I could do it over again. If my daughter were to marry a non-Christian, that is her decision. She would have to live with it, despite the sorrow and the pain.

Evolution is factual. Religion is not.

It's your call. Like I said, you have to draw a line you will not cross, and talk with her to see if that would or would not be a problem.
