You're over-analyzing and making this into some sort of game that it's not....

'The OP didn't ask for songs with "drive", "radar detector", or "car" in them, he just wanted to know what we would listen too.

Music instills emotion...just post up songs that connect you with the car and the road.
Ohh I see. It's just that asking for musical tastes in general is something too broad. And because we were talking about the first drive, then I thought that the idea was to reach an agreement on the best driving song.

And didn't had to be something with the word "car", but "don't stop me now" and "radar love" are classics, and known by a lot more people than "pinback" (what's that??). Queen songs are known by almost all generations.

I though it would be nice to have a common forum's "soundtrack".

I'm not kidding. I have a CD of German Drinking songs and I did play them in the car during break in, for 3 reasons:
1. They are fun to listen to
2. They don't engender a desire to push the engine to far (and damage it)
3. I thought they may make a Barvarian Car feel a little more at home
LOL. Nice, but I don't know any of them.
Funny cover:

Best regards, south
Those forums...WHY NOT?
