FYI 2 Demos Available Modesto California

I have been told that there will be one AW Coupe and one Jerez Sedan available for sale in Modesto California by the end of the week. Both cars are loaded and they are asking MSRP if you are local and an additional 5k if you are not.
Not sure why they are selling their demo allocation but that is what I have been told.

Maybe because they won't get your service work? Maybe just being nice to the locals.

Usally its for service work. Plus they want repeating business. If your to far away you will still look for deals in your area when the newst things come out. they dont want to be last resort.

That I actually appreciate. I think your local dealers should be taking care of you rather then trying to milk you.

We sell for MSRP, but lately if your coming from anywhere farther than 100 miles, they want to tack on 5000. I can work around it though, let me know.

I can not suggest a better SA then Howard. I picked up my e92 M3 from him on Saturday from Valley BMW and Howard was my SA. He was very direct and I never had a second thought with him. It was a true pleasure working with him.
Thank you again Howard. I couldn't have asked for a better SA.

AW is definitely going to be the top selling color this time around...

Service work? Whatever! There's no service charges for the first 4 years.

yes but BMW NA pays the dealer's for the work done on the cars. Other wise dealers would give discounts to people from other states and upcharge locals.
