Immaculate 2013 m5, BPM, HRE, Well Optioned

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hello,

I am wondering if there's any interest in an immaculate, well optioned, enthusiast-owned M5. I have my eyes set on something new and would love for my car to go to a good, enthusiast home. I purchased the car in June 2015 when it had 22k miles and was completely stock.

All modifications have been professionally installed.

During my ownership, vehicle has never seen an automatic car wash. Vehicle received a two step paint correction and ceramic coating (22ple) this past summer so the paint is in swirl-free, high gloss condition.

I have always been very particular on maintenance so all oil changes and required services have been done ahead of schedule.

Car made 652whp/683wtq on a dynojet this past spring on a mix of 93 and 100 octane. Car runs VERY strong!

Recent Maintenance:

June 2016 - all new coil packs
August 2016 - new rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires
October 2016 - new rear rotors and pads
October 2016 - diff service with new fluid and seals

Overview:
2013 BMW M5
Black Sapphire Metallic over Black Full Merino Leather
39,000 miles
2 owners
Originally a Florida car
ALWAYS garaged overnight and parked in the back of the lot
Located in Chicago
VIN:WBSFV9C52DC773301

Notable Options:
Executive
Driver Assist
Bang and Olufsen
Full Leather
Enhanced bluetooth

Modifications:
H&R Springs
HRE P40s Wheels
Front and rear Macht Snell Wheel Spacers
BPM Stage 2 Tune
Evolution Racewerks Catless Downpipes
BMC Filters
35% tint
IND Cosmetic package (Gloss black grills and gills, color matched orange reflector)
OEM Carbon Fiber rear diffuser
Akrapovic Style Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tips

(PLEASE NOTE: RPI Scoops, OEM Carbon Fiber Diffuser, Catless Downpipes, filters, exhaust tips and BMC filters are no included with the sale; car will come with stock downpipes and BPM stage 1 tune which will still make well over 600whp)

Can provide more detailed pictures upon request.

NADA value as of 11/15 shows $57,800 for a clean retail value.

With HRE, IND cosmetic package and BPM tune I am asking $61,999 which I believe is more than fair given options, condition and tasteful modifications.

Serious buyers, contact me at: 847 Nine One Zero 74 six five

Thanks for the kind words, man!

Believe me when I say this, 6-speed does not fit this car well at all. It's not like the previous generations with high revving, N/A Motors...the DCT is smooth as butter and fits the car perfectly. I was always a manual guy myself for many years and was pleasantly surprised as how nice the DCT compliments this vehicle.

Ohh id imagine. I drove a 6 speed F10 M and fell in love. It moved well for its weight.
