Sorry, read your post just after posting my last one in this thread. I was dubious at first to be honest, and even PM'd Eastie requesting his view on the legitamacy of it all - but since then I figured what the hell. If it's dodgy, I can get away pretty quick!! Right now, they're killing baby sheep on the TV in a series called 'kill it, cook it, eat it', I'd rather be thinking about my car; driving and taking photos and filming a video with a couple of other guys enjoying the same positive experience!!

I'm well up for this chaps - happy to go anywhere - even wales/lakes/scotland - would be good to equal salvage's pics of landscape + it gives opportunity to drive great roads.

However, this is not likely to happen, so, as previously discussed, I know good roads out into oxfordshire and or hampshire.

Agreed, somewhere in the home counties would be best. We should try and make it a bit 'Top Gear' ish. Only this time we'll all have M3s! Also, I'm not too bothered about the weather - only that it's not raining or snowing. A Sunday would be ideal preferably before the F1 season starts. Can you post a map of your suggested meeting point and route (including where we might get a bite to eat and discuss the merits of everything on film). I've got an HD Video CAM but no tripod. This could be a lot of fun.

I want to make this happen. If it doesn't, because Jason has given my car a spot in the sun, I will definitely fulfill all requests for photos/videos by the end of this month. Nonetheless, I cannot see how they will be on a par with Savage's pics - it's too bad I've already made plans to fly when visiting Italy this year...

I want to see pics of your sparkling Jerez parked in the middle of Wembley stadium with 90000 fans going crazy in the background. That would go along with the British identity and match Savage's pics.

P.S. I've heard from a couple professional photographers that an overcast and cloudy day can still make for some fantastic shots! ...lookin' forward to it!
