Yeah, ha ha, very funny. I guess it is swamp.

If I had to choose between being a way better driver than I am, with way more seat time, more experience in many different cars and loosing my life long gathered skill sets in math/science/physics/engineering guess which I would choose?

I would so much rather be a decent driver and have the skills to create, design, analyze and test cars and car like components than to be a fantastic and race winning driver.

To each their own. I simply value logic, education and science way above driving skills.

But in a race only driving skills will prove to be victorious, well as long as the race involves more than just accelerating that is.

Totally incorrect. This assumes drag racing has no or very limited skills compared to other motorsport racing through curves.

It is also true if your racing involves only cars. To me it is the race of life where there is a lot more to being successful than only being a good driver.
