OK, I stand down on the high school schedule stuff. They all schedule patsies. The thing that puzzles me this year is how big teams like UF and LSU have these patsies at the end of the year in their schedule. Aren't those are supposed to be warm-ups at the beginning of the year.

More shakedown this week for SEC...saban loss to monroe-louisiana. Carr's retirement means trouble for LSU as les miles could be carr's replacement

and that is big distraction for the tigers this friday

Rumors are all over the college sport arena...Miles is a target for Carr's replacement. Second, LSU is playing at home this Friday in the day time (they are more sucessful at home at night!). Third, espn Bruce Feldman talked directly with Glen Dorsey after the ole miss game and Glen said he is playing hurt and he is not the same. Fourth, they did not have a full week rest and have to play this Friday.

Agreed. There is going to be a lot of shake up in the BCS the next 2 weekends.

Did you see in Miles contract that if he leaves for Michigan during contract he has to pay LSU 1.2 MILLION DOLLARS

That's a lot of change but I bet Michigan will cough it up. He could leave for any other team scott free but LSU knew there was a chance he'd want to leave to coach his alma mater.

OSU sucks. They barely beat a terrible Michigan team without it's starting QB. Their big wins this year were against Penn State and Wisconsin. If they make it to the National Championship game, they will get whacked worse than they did last year. If they don't get to the championship game, they will get whacked in the Rose Bowl by Oregon (without their star QB) USC and maybe even Arizona State.

Therefore, no matter what bowl or opponent, they are going to get whacked in their next game.

OSU still sucks. There is a reason they have beat Michigan 4 years in a row. Michigan has sucked even worse that OSU for 4 years in a row. Put OSU in the SEC or Big 12 and they would be barely above .500 every year.

I don't post much on this site because there are too many stupid 18 year old 3 series owners with over a thousand posts that think they know everything and own the site. (sound familiar?)

THis year is crazy. Realistically, I can see WV and OSU in the Champ game now...unless OU loss was really not a fluke...

Even then, I don't think those are the two best teams in College...

With the top 4 teams upcoming schedules I wouldn't be stunned to see the championship games be any combination of the top 8 teams. OSU is in the best spot cuz they no longer have a chance of losing.

And talking about High School Schedule -- Youngstown is way preschool than FAU, so is Akron, NW, Kent State, so better don't comment the schedules...

The bullshit teams we have to play is actually legislated by the state gov. It sucks. All about keeping revenue in the state. It's stupid.

I called it out correct from the beginning and in this post. 1) somewhere in all the college football post, I said LSU would run out of gas at the end, they played in the SEC and played against some tough opponent (heisman type player like tebow, mcfadden, woodson). I knew it was a fight to the finish against arkansas because it is a rival game. Glen Dorsey had no business playing in this game. Look at his last 3 games, the number of tackle he has has dropped significantly because he is not 100% yet miles lets him play

. No sacks for him for a long time that I can remember. I cann believe I am still alive to post here after watching the last 5 LSU games. Les Miles can go to michigan and give LSU 1.2 million on the buy out of his contract

I still think OSU has a weak schedule this year.

I didn't party much until my last year. I was an engineer BS/MS, life pretty much sucked the first 5 years. The last year I dated an 18 yr old nympho and a couple other randoms from the resturaunt where I worked. I'm having a hell of a lot more fun now!

Yea I prolly partied a little too much. The Stube took a decent amount of my money

. I majored in sport management and don't even use it, figures. Now I help run the family business of legal delivery. Our top 3 clients are out of Columbus so it gives me reasons to make occasional trips.

. I guess you lose a little of that once you're working full time, going to grad school, looking at houses and planning a wedding. Oh well we'll be great come next August once everything settles down.

Beating a #2 team will help Oklahoma leapfrog OSU, especially thanks to OSU's weak schedule.

And even if OSU does get into the national championship game, they'll get completely demolished by WVU.
