Error with Benvo Tuning Cable

Anybody ever see this? First I agree to the disclaimer, then it checks that I have enough RAM, processor speed, battery life, etc. Then it goes through the next sequence and fails at step 2.

Have never seen that before, so I doubt anyone on here has or I would know.

Windows 7 pro and XP require a digital signature for its drivers. You can turn it off by holding f8 while restarting. There may be another way but I'm not a computer guy. Hopefully that will help.
