Most Boring lap of the Ring EVER!!

No noise and you go into limp mode after 1/3 of the track.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Way to go Tesla!!!
See, this is why electric only Motorsport will always struggle. Only the hybrid hypercars and i8 are exciting, and most of them are far from being within the reach of most people. Funny I was watching F1 this weekend and it's funny they commented on popularity of the sport being down, "saving fuel", cars getting heavy all being anti-motorsport. Go figure. I wonder if they will have to change motosport to electrosport soon.

Ha ha!

It's an OK looking car from the profile, but whenever I get behind one I see the weenie rear tires and laugh.

I wanna see more corny comments from Tesla about the i8. That thing just doesn't belong on the track. Time to take grandma's dodge caravan to the ring.

and they say this has more performance than an F10 M5!

I laugh everytime i hear that....when i was at a Tesla showroom i was talking to the representative he goes oh this car is gobs more in performance than an M5, we have a test track and it beats it...i go there is no way its beating an M5 on a track, let alone my car! He asked me what i drove and he goes, oh it wont beat an M3, but it will run circles around an M5........

Electric cars need more work to be "sporty". The problem is the electric motors overheat when you ask for max power all the time. Numb steering and such can be tuned if they wanted to do it.
