No, not again, Revinora

This is not my first time being a customer of Revinora.

Last time I waited about 2 months and got the wrong lip (normal R-CRT verson instead of the street verson). But thats not a big deal for me.

This time I am really disappointed. I ordered a replace one for my damaged lip on March 11th and sent an email emphasizing that my order is the street verson of R-CRT. That email was ignored by them completly until I sent another email asking them when my order will be shipped out.

They replied me on April 10th, saying that it will be shipped out by the end of that week but I still didnt receive anything. SO I decided to phone them two weeks ago. They picked up and said that they will look into that and call me back, GUESS WHAT? They did not call me back and keep ignoring my calls since then.

I really dont know what else to do, can someone give me any advice?

Don't think so. You haven't received the product. So it shouldn't be an issue.

I say keep chasing revinora if that's more convenient for you. Good luck.

In the time it took you to type out this thread, you could have called your credit card company. You would have more luck reaching your cc than revinora.

I might go for the mode carbon one, or keep the front in stock form...

Go Mode Carbon. I didn't like lips until I installed mine. It'll look great on your car.

I've been waiting forever and they've been giving me the runaround for weeks....just got so fed up I cancelled and ordered a mode carbon one instead. insanely bad customer service - or lack thereof.

I opted to stay away from this Oshin P. clown and his "Revinora" circus. Their customer service is non-existent/pathetic. This company has too many issues and I frankly do not have time to make sure they do their jobs right.

Updated - Call my credit card company and they said trying to refund but it will take more than 2 months to complete the process...

this was my first time ordering from Revinora and Im in the same predicament as you, I've ordered a street chin lip since 04-15-2014, emailed him and talked to him on the phone and I haven't received my lip yet.

You better ask for a refund from your credit card company before its too late
