Looks good for a DIY job. It would've been great if you removed the textured finish and painted with enough clear to be wet sanded and buffed to a super high gloss finish

not bad at all. But if you get around it again, give it a nice sand, poly primer spray, paint and a nice cot of gloss clear. texture will be gone, and will look a bit better then how it looks now. never the less, nice job and interesting color
