From 265R and 245F to 275R and 255F in 19"

Aside from the fact there may be some rubbing you guys that have gone from the OEM 265/35/19 rear with 245/35/19 fronts to 275/35/19 rear and 255/35/19 fronts did you actually notice any improvement in grip?

Interested in going up one size on the Michelin PSS that I currently have.

Plenty of discussion on this forum whether these tyres will fit, but not much on whether they actually make a difference.

Positives and negatives from users please.

I have the setup that you're looking into. I haven't had 245/265 on the car since I've owned it but I can say that I'm a fan of upsizing a little for the simple fact that it provides better protection for the wheels. I think that's a positive to consider.

I went from 265/245 PS2's to 275/255 PSS, its a much better set up IMO, and the PSS is a better tire in every way.

I understand that it may add some weight...probably negligible. But is there any noticeable decline in performance such as acceleration, or any other aspects?

255/35 & 275/35 would match the Rim Width of the ZCP Wheels much better.
