I plan on keeping it for awhile to see how it holds up, but who knows things might change. I'm long overdue for a proper detail with a coating so I feel like that takes priority. If and when I do remove the film I'll report back

No experience with the 3M product but I have used Wolf’s Chemicals “The Mask” Spray On Protection. Looks ok, difference is it just washes off with sponge and your regular wash soap. Spray on self levels and dries pretty quickly. Did my front bumper for road trip, bugs and product just washed right off, good temporary when you need it protection if you don't have clear bra.
