Aside from the recommendation of an additional coating of wax (thanks 'rjd598' for your input), you should probably look to provide a little more detail that may help with a diagnosis. Example, cabin lights y/n, cluster lights when key inserted y/n, idrive y/n, does the engine turn when start pressed etc. I'm sure that someone here on the forum will be able to provide a trouble shooting process for initial analysis that may help to identify or resolve the issue.
