My experiences with iND have been flawless!!! They are unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable about the products they sell, update you right away on shipping and/or delays and are just overall great at customer service. I have bought tons of stuff from them and would not (and have not) hesitate to buy from them further.

To me, its irrelevant why YOU kept going back. That there was even two or three of these mistakes is enough to drive me away from ever considering doing business with them - all the more true with the 9 or 10 that you have listed.

That's one reason I go to MRF Engineering : attention to every last detail. They're more anal with my car than I am, and that's saying something.

Most importantly Because you seem like a cool car-loving attorney - I want to retain you. That's the only qualification that's important to me.

And because your M3 makes me constantly regret not getting an individualized color....you've passed my test.

I now just got word that another attorney in my office who I previously recommended ACG to, got his B service done there and left with:

- no windshield wiper fluid
- brake pads that were low and apparently never checked
- and a scratched wheel

Make matters worse, the person who dropped him off (who is also from my firm) asked for a quote to get his CTS-V blacked out...and a couple weeks have gone by and no follow up.

LOL they are very bad at follow up. I tried to get recaro seat and downforce diffuser from them. Every time they will be telling me they will send it to me asap but they never did... so i give up on them.
