Weird Volk TE37 Offset quiery? Need help quick!

Right, midway through a deal on a set of wheels that i've lusted over for a long time. I don't want to miss out on them but i also don't want to drop a serious on them to be a waste/not the right fitment...Sorry this is the wrong section but i need help ASAP because i gotta make a decision now!

They are extremely rare here in the UK but i've managed to find a set of brand spanking new Volks TE37's in gloss white. Here are the specs:

5x120
19x8.5J Front
19x9.5J Rear
42 offset

The offset is what worries me, i think these were originally spec'ed for an E46?

I have a E92 with EDC at the moment. I guess i'll have to run spacers which i planned on doing anyway along with a stud and lug nut conversion.

Will these fit my car or is it just too far off?

EDIT: Pictures from the listing -

Moderator please close this,

Backed out of the wheels. E46 fitment and would need horrendously large spacers to get them to fit correctly/how i would like

Thanks
