Griding noise driving me crazy when braking

Ill make this as quick as possible

Rear oem rotors with ebc ref stuff pads

Stock 220 rims with 18mm spacers

This past month coming to a slow stop with the brakes applyed i get this grinding/clicking noise from the pass rear

If i let go of the brakes everything goes away, the sound isnt constant when braking its, click.......click.....click ,

Took everything apart everything is fine, inwas thinking the pads have play in the caliper and is causing the noise,

Spacers have been on the car for a year now

Its the pads, remove them and use a silcone brake grease on the back of the pads. Most likely culprit

I have used several different types of pads for street and track. I sometimes get a clicking noise that I attribute to the aftermarket pads not having the same positioning mechanism (clips, notches, etc.) as the stock pads.

I also notice that ceramic pads tend to have a louder "groaning" noise under moderate to heavy pedal pressure than stock.

Not sure if this helps, but it is all I have.
