Why would the service be more expensive? Is the engine frozen too?

Guys give him a break, I'm sure he's referring to exterior maintenance

Its pretty straight forward, check out the frozen paint sticky in the detailing section

Matte paints also have clear coats just like regular paint. Just don't let bird poop sit on the car too long as it can damage the finish.

I would recommend protecting the paint with either Swissvax opaque or Nanolex Matte sealant. Great way to help extend the life of the paint and make it easier to maintain.

Hope this helps

I bought this Dr. Beasley's Matte Paint Prescription Kit mainly because it doesnt make the matte paint to shine contrary to swissvax matte products. I havent tried this product yet because my car is due to be picked up on November 8th, I will post a review once I have applied it

No drive through car washes. I use the BMW care kit with good chamois, also have terry cloth towels to dry with. No hard rubbing as it polishes the clear coat and can ruin the matte finish on that area.

The matte (frozen) care kits are $250 (the paste wax was $130) The car is 6 months old and I've found the care to be pretty simple.
