Wonder why a 1 million dollar car with a 0-60 of 2.9 sec's started out so slow?
Once it got going though, the Veryon shot off like a bullet.

The Veyron started off slow on purpose. He was giving ther M3 a head start. It wasnt a serious race anyway.

Why? Because it was beaten by a million dollar supercar with 16 cylinders, 4 turbos and 1000 hp? I sure better hope it destroys the M3, otherwise VW/Audi should be ashamed.

Ha, ha, The Bugatti would have to drive backwards against the M3 just to make it fair.

BMW did make the V12 engine for the McLaren F1, which use to be the fastest car in the world. Now the F1 is probably the 3rd fastest, Bugatti takes the cake.

I've heard froma very reliable source in BMW that the new CSL will have an 8 litre V12, putting out over 900hp, with a kerb weight of only 17kg. There is also an option to fit a couple of jet engines from the new Eurofighter and a 0-62 time of 0.26 seconds, but you need to have a racing licence before you can specify that. It should be a pretty good race...!
