2008 M3 sedan tail light upgrade list

Just trying to figure out what I'm gonna need to get this done and figure out the cost of this upgrade:

-2009+ trunk or new CSL bootlid
-tail lights
-coding

Is there anything I'm missing from this list?

Thanks

LOL I can't stop! I say "I'm done" then I'm not.

My wife has even given up at this point and just lets me run wild

The wheels are getting ready to get floss'd. Going to take them off and have them re-finished. Photo shoot to follow!

No sense in PMing it, too much secrecy around here *lol*. I don't have a problem w/spelling out my costs.

Tail lights - $325 - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=672133
Trunk lid - $600
Coding - Done by Benvo more than a year ago when he did some other random stuff for me, so I can't give you an exact price on that, as it was part of a package of options
Cable - I have my own

Since so many parts from non-M E90s fit the E90 M, I spend a lot of time on e90post perusing their threads. Found all kinds of interesting things to retrofit, like the rear seat 12V adapter retrofit (rec'd the pieces for it a few weeks ago) among other things. Prices are generally a little bit cheaper than here.

Like other members said... you pretty much listed all the parts you'll need to complete the LCI taillight conversion. Let me know if you would like the best pricing on a new trunk and LCI taillights.

Confirmed. Gil gave me a hella quote on a new lid, shipped Some other vendor hit me up via PM telling me he could beat any price, then tried to get me to divulge what other vendors were offering. Wouldn't do that and I made him give me a blind quote. He quoted me over $200 more than what Gil quoted.

Oh, and that turned out to be a debacle. The trunk had 2 dents and multiple mars in it. I tried for 3 weeks to get them to work with me on getting it fixed. No dice, so it went back yesterday, as a matter of fact.

I get that all the time!

Painting it might be important too, unless you are going for bare CF

It's totally worth it though. I only did taillights and that really freshened up the rear end of the car!

See, I'm not used to that. I almost never see anything already pre-painted in Sparkling Graphite haha. And I'm usually too impatient to wait for the right color to come along too!

Hey Gil,

Please PM me the price for the trunk and the tail lights. I'm assuming the trunk will need painted?
