Buyer Beware

E90post!
I recently sold an e92 complete door (shell+window regulator+ window motor+glass+etc..) to Jonathan Galka for $475 shipped. The buyer contacted me after 2 days saying that the door is all banged up and he wanted me to refund half of what he paid... I told him to send me some pictures of the damage, so I can file a claim with insurance..He never did, instead he filled a dispute with PayPal.
Of course, Paypal decides in his favor. He returned the package but it wasn't my door. (it was a control arm from an xi ). PayPal automatically issued refund to the buyer, once they the delivery was confirmed.
I called PayPal gazillion times and tried to explain the situation but no luck.
I know he is on E90post, so I want you guys to be aware of this dude.

This is what I received

PayPal told me to file a police report. I went to my local police station, and was told that they don't do reports on things like this. Small claims court is my only option. But by the time I go to court, I will not be able to appeal the case.

Poopsenders.com

Order pizza and food from all the local places so he will be blacklisted

Sign up for Johavahs witness visits

Fwrd his mail to somewhere

Post Craigslist add for things in his name

I'm sure there are more ideas that can be added.

*this is ment for entertainment. Do not attempt.

That's bull shit what the cop said. It outright theft. Call the cops back and tell them you are heading over to his house with a few buddies and some 'tools' to get your door back, if they would like to come with you they are free to do so.

At first, when I got the box, I didn't open it. Because I knew it wasn't my door. So I took it to the police station, and the officer thought it was a bomb and forced me to go outside lol..
So, I had to go outside and open the package and then come back. After that he told me that they don't deal with this and that I would have to go to court.
First thing in the morning, I will contact PP again.

You could also contact the USPI (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/i...mailfraud.aspx) because the idiot committed mail fraud. He can face federal charges over that.

This happened to us last year. Not funny. Apparently it can be done with very little info. Huge loophole IMO. I reported it to the Postal Inspectors and they got right on it.

I'm pretty sure that's a felony.

Personally, I'd use some disposable income to pay him a visit and find the door.

Forwarding his mail does sound like a great revenge though.

I tell you the thieve find ways to rip you off no matter what, first it was people selling on ebay/ paypal taking the seller side of things, when they finally realize that the sellers were the actual thieve so Ebay/Paypal now are taking the buyers side and now the thieves are the buyers playing tricks like this.

I keep hearing stories like this so I tend to only deal locally.

This really sucks. There's no integrity anymore. Scammers like this need a slap in the face. OP needs to post his address so "karma" can take its toll.

Did a simple search on the name the OP posted and using postage stamp on the picture came up with this. (All of this is public info). Those who troll have at it.
