Companies that 'refinish' OEM Wheels

My dad and I are looking for a set of OEM rims for our cars (winter use). We are looking at purchasing from one these companies that 'refinish' OEM wheels. Has anyone purchased from any of these 3 companies?

We are worried that they were severely damaged (cracks, missing chunks, bends, etc.) and are repaired.

Thanks for your help!

I have not used http://www.originalwheels.com/ before but a friend has and they looked great and had no signs of previous damage or issues.
