Got them from eBay a full LED interior package. The color is more bluish and does not match the whiter BMW OEM LED kit and is also weaker in light output.

Overall I must say that OEM BMW LED kit is very bright for using just a lot fewer LED SMDs.

Yep, that's what a lot of our customers are reporting about these!

Seems silly to not have a full interior replacement kit.

Who goes through the trouble of this upgrade and leaves the rear footwells/ & vanities incandescent impaticular?

does anyone know how this would relate to a e90 sedan?

Basically, the 10 piece kit is good for a E92 Coupe.

The included LEDs directly replace only the following:
1. 3 Front Dome Lights (Straight Beam)
2. 3 Rear Dome Lights (Straight Beam)
3. 2 Front Footwell Lights (Side Beam)
4. 2 Puddle Lights (Side Beam)

Not replaced are:
1. Vanity Mirror Lights (42mm Festoon Bulbs)
2. Rear Footwell Lights (Micro Wedge Bulbs)
3. Trunk Light (42mm Festoon Bulb)
4. Glovebox Light (36mm Festoon Bulb)

I'll take some pictures later and show you how they look like installed.

Agreed. That would drive me crazy.

Garage List
2013 BMW M3  [0.00]
2010 VW Jetta TDI  [0.00]
I will still probably do this, but I really don't understand why BMW would come out with an incomplete kit....but my car is on order and this will be my first BMW so I don't know how they do things.

You'd likely have to seek those from the aftermarket - it doesn't appear to be part of the BMW Kit..

If anyone has any round ones left over, I'll be willing to take them.

I don't think - but perhaps someone that has installed the kit can chime in?

this is for e90 sedan
2x kit will not solve the problem since both vanity mirrors, glove box, and trunk require different bulb sizes.

here is what i did based on another forum member

from the 10 pc BMW kit
3 pc for front ceiling light
3 pc for middle celiling light
1 pc for front right door
1 pc for front left door
1 pc for driver side footwell
1 pc for passenger side footwell

bought 4 bulbs from Trinity Autosport (vendor on this forum)
2 pc for both vanity mirrors
1 pc for glove box
1 pv for trunk

the trinity autosport bulbs are almost identical to bmw ones in color and brightness

day time: can't really tell the difference, barely notice them

night time: i wouldn't say significantly brighter, but def enough to see the difference. gives a cooler feel in the car. also matches the door handle leds.
