I just bought BBS FI and paired them with AD08 265/30 f and 295/30 r and they are really noisy. When slowing down it's almost like I can feel the rotation of the wheel. Is that normal? I may consider switching to PSS for daily driving and using the AD08 on the track if this is normal.

Normal. They may start our ok in terms of noise but definitely get noisy after just a couple of track days or 5K miles of street driving. They may also not balance perfectly - I had two AD08 tires that could not be balanced to ideal.
Still better than something like NT05, for example - those sometimes flatspot and vibrate for the first few miles if you do not drive the car for a few days.
