HPF Help M3 is at their shop....

So I am throwing this wild card out there in hopes to get some help. My cousins E46 M3 is out there being upgraded to their 2.5 kit and built motor being tuned. They have had his car for approx 2 months now if not longer. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the owner or anyone that could let us get in contact with them. We just want the car out of there in 1 piece hopefully. Please PM me any information you may know. Phone number, e-mail anything would be a help.

Here we go, "the story"...employee embezzled so much that the owner had to fire everyone and shut down. Insurance could not help the shop recover. What a shit show.

Man, good luck getting that car back without actually taking a trip out there. They're not going to do any customers any favor this point forward.

I have seen this too many times with too many tuning shops.

I feel for the OP. Good luck.

Yeah I have posted over there too. Obviously we just want the car back. Its my cousins car but a car I helped him build. Shipped out 2 months ago to be upgraded to the 2.5 kit with a fully built motor.

Will you consider flying out there to get the car back by force? Maybe there's a law that can support the local police searching the premises for your belongings with the right paperwork / proof?? If you knew the owners name, you could hire a lawyer and simply serve him a lawsuit to get a fire lit and a response.

Wow. That's shady. Somehow I always got the sense that place was a little sketchy, but wow.

OP, glad it sounds like things are getting sorted. Hope your cousin isn't out too much money.

Skip that turbo non sense and turn it into a track weapon instead

What if you tell local police that the car was stolen... And other owners with cars in their shop say their cars are stolem... Amd a bunch of random enthusiast come forward as witnesses saying the cars are in a wherehouse which happens to be that shops address

If LEO isnt gonna do anything... What if as a community we all make LEO think its an auto theft ring and they raid the shop

This is crazy. I knew all the guys at HPF's. They worked on my E92 M3 and Z4MC over the years.

I am still in shock over this. Kirk, John, and some of the others always hooked me up.

Sad to see this and I hope everything works out for everyone.
