Just spoke with SCR and its either the key or some electronic module. So I dont know what exactly is going to happen haha! Hopefully it will be out of the shop by Friday!

That was a bummer about your e46, but I don't think you missed much. Most of us ended up in the parking garage and we didn't stay that long. Looks like they underestimated the attendance, so no more room in the parking lot for us.

It was still great to meet some of the guys and drive around for a bit.

Thanks for the stickers, getting this post organized, as well as the MFest thread.

Looking forward to both the BnB in the Springs, and other gatherings between now and MFest.

Heard back from SCR last night and the car is fine. They said it was my key. I was using my spare key on Saturday and SCR said it died haha! I gave them my usual key and it started right up.

So just have to order a back up key now. But my M3 is ready to go and its about to get a whole new look! Ill post up pictures in the coming weeks.

Well, that's less expensive than a new starter. Glad you got it figured out. Interesting at how sometimes you think the worst only to find its a simple fix.
