5yr/100,000 for $1,993
6yr/100,000 for $2,647

This is for the comprehensive plan and there is not deductible for a claim. It obviously doesn't cover wear and tear.

If you want to get a warranty on a vehicle that is already out of warranty it is pretty expensive. For example, if you want coverage on a 2010 M3 Coupe it is $6,500 for the 6yr/100,000 plan.

Here is the link incase anyone is curious what it covers.

Hope this.
I'm guessing u have to call for this I just got some comprehensive qoute for 7k! 4 years or 100k total miles.

Maybe it has to do with the fact the car I plan on purchasing already has 44k

I have been meaning to call them - I'm under the impression that the Comprehensive warranty runs from the in-service date, so a 4-year warranty doesn't cost much, but it covers the same time period as the factory warranty. I don't put much mileage on my cars so the 100K protection doesn't factor in. That effectively means $2600 for years 5 and 6, which is tempting but not a show-stopper for me. Hmmm. . . .

I believe things have changed - I'm a Virginia resident (ninth generation) and they offer the program there now.

I called them, and I had it backwards. The Comprehensive plan runs from the day you buy the plan. I just bought one for my 2009 E83 that only has a couple months left on the BMW warranty. I'll see what my service experience is like with them before I decide whether to buy one on my 2013 M3 E92 as it nears the end of its warranty period.

I see this more as a follow up rather than a multiple personality issue.

I just found out my CPO warranty had a $50 deductible. I never even knew that warranties could have a deductible.

Either way, cheaper than paying out of pocket for the whole repair.
