Only if the iDrive is equipped with a Combox and A2DP enabled.

Without iDrive, you can stream audio from a phone through the stereo by plugging in a Bluetooth adapter into the AUX port. See Add A2DP Stereo Bluetooth to E90 via AUX Port. No way to use the car's mic for the phone/programs. Didn't you skip iDrive for a simpler car anyway?
