Suggestion plz!!

i like this M3 a lot, and i been there in person as well, however, they quoted me out to door price $71,XXX, which i do not think it make sense to spend that much on a used car, even it has only 6000 miles on it, at the end, it is still a used car.

I am trying to figure out how did they arrive at this price. Figure tax and license is about 11% of the total selling price (give or take few extra bucks), it wouldn't be this high. Highest I think would be 68k.
