How dare they close "The People's House" to the people! First Someone needs to spend less of the "People's" money on Golf and Aspen ski vacations and Hawaiian holidays before they close the people's house to the people

Naaah, I am into kool aid now. Like Cool Hand Luke, I'm getting my head right. No worries, I now realize that, in the grand order of things, a Hillary is a relatively benign-neutral solution--didn't know how bad "bad' really could be until now. I do know who he is now but I have to wonder if even the dems knew who he was back when they gave him the mike a couple of conventions ago. Whoever arranged/maneuvered for him to give that keynote address is one of the most brilliant pols of all time, hands down. Hillary in '16 isn't nearly as horrible a prospect as some of the alternatives, especially if the reps still own at least one house of congress. Of course she's the anointed one now but the weather can change in about five cosmic minutes.

Didn't republicans try that last go round? Rember the Republican presidential primaries of 2012 featuring that crazy clown show with Rick Perry and Herman Cain and Michelle Bachman and Rick Santorum? Im talking about the guy who both parties are afraid of... yes Ron Paul. Yes lets dismiss him like all the talking heads say to, but I know for a fact if he was the President we wouldnt have the PATRIOT ACT/NDAA, the TSA, and DHS wouldnt be buying billions of rounds and tanks. Id take that over the current course we are on.

Perry, Cain, Bachman, and Santorum are all establishment neo con republicans.

Real conservatives arent pro war and intervention like the GOP has become (and Obama).

Both parties are the same and promote the same big govt policies. The ONLY differences are social issues which have no effect on most ppls lives.

I cant wait til 2016. Rand Paul can play the game better than his father and will be harder to ignore.

You guys are all so concerned about the White House being closed for visitors. How do you folks feel about the working poor having the rug pulled out from under them due to cuts from the sequester? Such as maybe 100,000 homeless people losing their assistance. How about 70,000 children losing the assistance they receive from the Head Start program? What about the 125,000 families that struggle with their meager incomes and have to take assistance from the government for their rent?

Nope, you guys apparently don't care one bit about those people, otherwise you would have brought that up. Nope, instead you guys just regurgitate yet another talking point from your lords over @ Fox News. Have to say, I am not surprised at all.

Really, what of your scenario has actually occurred? Just checking. Won't even ask you to tell me about how successful these programs have been at actually fixing a problem, lowering the numbers of participants, accomplishing their mission.

And whining about Fox news and using words like "regurgitate" is just so trite. It doesn't score any points any more.
