Damn NikB316....those are some BIG numbers!!!
When you get a chance, I'm sure many of us would love to see the graphs with torque, RPM, AFR, etc. AWESOME work AA, MaxPSI, and NikB316!! I can't wait to see some kill vids ![]()

Unfortunately it looks like the shop did not connect an rpm signal. Torque will not show up with out an rpm reading. His tq should be identical to ours just like his hp curve is. Lesson learned for Nik ![]()

Wow the dyno guys really messed this up! They didn't record RPM / TQ! Who does that??? They open at 1pm and I'm going to call them - they really owe me an hour of dyno time. I didn't even know this was possible as it's never been an option on any other dyno! Very pissed. I don't want to get into nitpicking but they also failed to record the run prior to my highest. Guy didn't press the "record" button. Went through the dyno cycle for nada that run! SMH! They knew I wanted to compare to my old dyno and Active's dyno which had torque.
Anyway guys, here is my MaximumPSI dyno and theres a video shown on the previous page. Obviously actual numbers are better than estimating, but I think it's quite safe to say the manufacturer claims are on point ![]() I'll try to get on the DynoJet again but no promises...Thrilled with my numbers but pissed at CLM!

Well just found out from a friend that they don't have the input for BMW/European cars to do the RPM reading. They could have told me as I did show them the dyno I was using as a comparison point but such is life. There was a shop in Garwood, NJ that had a DynoJet (20 min away) but they are MIA. They are also more of Honda tuner so might run into the same problem. I think the nearest DynoJet that could do this is in Conneticut. Will get there at some point but not sure when...
EDIT: Spoke to the shop themselves and they goofed. Didn't connect it. They acknowledged the mistake and is giving me some free runs tomorrow or Monday. We'll have to see what works!

Thank you sir! Since the shop is correcting their wrong I'll have some new runs hopefully tomorrow. The kit is really strong and has been performing consistently on the dyno. I'll include as much as possible with those runs as there's not very much here besides what's posted.

Yessir...no smoothing either
. Hoping to be able to get on the DynoJet tonight to get y'all some torque figures but waiting to see if the shop's schedule clears out. If not it will have to be Monday or so. Will have a solid write up on the upgrade with all data after I get the new dyno done. ![]() |

Our Greece Dealer Cougar Motorsports puts our level 2 to the test. It passed with flying colors putting down 545 whp. Another Spot on hp rating from our Gen 2 kits.

This is great Andrew! Heading to Dyno Dynamics again next week. As far as your spot on comment, here is what my gen 1 level 2 did overall. quote from Karl "the new power at the flywheel would be 490/325X stk power which is rated at 414, so 490/325X414=624 HP at flywheel." That was spot on!! My mufflers are taking a beating right now

Reliability stats
Seriously considering adding a stage 2 kit to my DCT M3. I'm wondering if any stats have been compiled now that there are lots of cars out there with the kits installed.
How many kits have been installed on both fully manual and DCT? Versus - how many serious engine failures? How many serious DCT failures? Like many decisions there is a risk/reward factor to evaluate. What data is out there to do this? Reward is the increase in power, the risk is no warranty on extremely expensive engines and in my case with a DCT, an expensive tranny. Would just like data to evaluate that ratio prior to jumping in. Are any of these numbers available?
