WTB: Winter Tire & Wheel Setup

I'm looking to buy a used set of 18" or 19" wheels and winter tires for Portland Oregon's rainy winter months. My preference is to buy locally.

I am willing to ship if the price is right. Let me know if you are interested. The wheels and tires are mounted and balanced. They have TPMS that works with a 2010 E92 M3.
