09 e90 m3 loaded 6,700 miles CPO till 2/15

Dealer is asking 49800 plus tax etc and they claim they won't budge.

What is fair value? KBB says 46,500.

I am willing to go as high as 47,500. Is that a mistake?

It's definitely low miles, but remember its an 09 and the years will likely go out before the 100k.

If I were you, I'd get an 09 with more miles for thousands less, or a 2010 for that range.
