Hou BMW CCA Autox 2/17
The next BMW CCA autocross at the Houston Police Academy will be this Sunday. Registration closes Friday night. At least 3 E9x M3's are already signed up. It will be my first outing with the new car. I hope to keep the sliding to a minimum.

Two quick pics from the autocross today. The weather was great, and the course was fun. I'm still trying to come to grips with the E92 vs the E36 and M Coupe handling characteristics. The E92 has way more power, but you do notice the additional weight in autox events. I was happy with the level of grip and the feedback I got before the rear would break traction.
We had 4 E9x M3's out today, I ended up the fastest  Richard's 1M beat us all, and a couple of E36's were fastest BMW's for the day.

I don't know how much longer I will have it as it is on the market. We will see what I replace it with...995 911?
Was looking into a cayman too.
