08+ e93 M3 wanted for bottom dollar

I'm looking for an 08+ e93 M3 with 6mt, heated seats, navigation, and comfort access. Salvage title and high mileage are okay. Willing to go higher for an 09+ or modded, but still looking for a deal!

Check out ebay there are a few that are breaking the $30,000 barrier.

I haven't had much luck there so far. I found one at a dealer in New York with 80k on it for 32,900, but was hoping to do a private party sale. I appreciate the suggestion!
