I just need an oil change and I don't want to drive all the way up to Steve Thomas. Crevier should be able to handle an oil change if I watch them (I assume). Should I go with John Thatcher or Dan Canfield as my SA?

Irvine. See Jose the service manager. He's a good guy and will have the top tech do your oil change. Tell him I sent you.

Dude you just brought back memories lol.... bottom line that dude is a grumpy simpleton fool, slimy liar, and will try to squeeze out pennies...

Remember giving him a long angry stare a few years back and bailing for good on Crevier as a whole. Sterling guys in Newport have been awesome.

i had both John Thatcher or Dan Canfield. Both great guys but I like John more. Never had a problem

haha sorry dude. I actually stared him down the last time i was there also. He saw me and never looked my way after that. Paul Cox is horrible... they should just fire his sorry @ss.

I have used John Thatcher for the past 8 years and never had a problem. That being said I will only use him. They are going through some major changes at Crevier and if John were to leave so would I
