Mainly I am looking for an 08

-miles can be in the 40-50k
-needs to be a 6spd
-tech, sports package would be nice
-looking to spend around 38-41k for one
-Clean title

i did try man, he wasn't having any of it. He needed money sooner but I can't do anything till the 9th when my buyer arrives from Utah

KBB price sound good but check what options are installed. Why not 2009? If you care about idrive, nav, entertainment, the CIC idrive is like night and say compared to the 2008 CCC idrive.

because i don't think i can find an 09 for around 37-40k...the ones i have seen are around 41k+
