Nice setup. I am also interested in the camera. Several questions:

* I don't see it on the exterior pics at all. Could you take a picture of it?

* What about the iDrive integration. Is the software there, but not enabled for us, since we don't have cameras by default?

* What problem(s) did you have with the install?

P.S.: The door sills are a really nice touch. I always thought they should have done that at the factory, along with making the ///M logo on the speedo backlit . . .

Cool back-up camera mod, nice touch. Congrats on the car! Put some Performance CF Splitters, Mirror Caps, and black out the wheels! Maybe some spacers 15/12 if you don't want too aggressive.

The camera is where the drivers side license plate light is (The kit combines the light and the camera in the space of the stock light). There is a media module that you have to install behind the dash that send the signal to the display when the car is in reverse. No software. If you look at the product on Alekshop's website you'll see all the parts (camera, module, wires).

My problem was I bought a used camera set, and the media module wouldn't work, so I had to buy a new one.

Quick update on the stable.
The E92 M3 has a couple of his brothers at the house this week.
The E36 M3 was at the house in preparation for a track day yesterday, and then the wife switched up the M5 for the big box sided original, so we ended up with 3 M3's at the house yesterday for the 1st time. Thought that was worth a quick picture or two.

I know the roundels aren't to everyone's taste, but we got the set for the E36 M3 on the road trip to Ofest where the wife and I got engaged, so the wife and I like them on our cars, and they are staying on all the cars.
