Its going to look tucked in no matter what the diffuser is, since the tip length is the same as the stock exhaust. I think hamann would make it look less tucked in but I'm not a fan of the look. This has been bothering me since I also have MPE on. I'm planning to just do the vorsteiner type II and accept it being tucked in, I'll post pics once available.

I don't think any OEM/M-perf. exhaust matches well with a diffuser since it hides the tips. Major flaw in the design of the M-perf exhaust IMO.

Just removed my M-Performance exhaust from my car, I will post some pictures once I get back to shop on Monday.
