As much as it absolutely pains me to do this, I'm listing my pride and joy for sale. This has without doubt been the BEST car i've owned and probably the best car overall i've ever driven. My only want now is for it to go to an owner that will actually appreciate it and take care of it. I am the second owner and the car originated in TX and has NEVER given me any problem. NO accidents. No body work.

It is modified with only parts that are high quality and performance proven. I feel it is modded just enough but not too much. It makes for and a m3 with exceptional balance (no more understeer), near-perfect ride, and just enough power!. It is the ULTIMATE street M3. On to the details!

All aftermarket parts purchased new and installed by very reputable local shop. German Auto Tech. I am very interested in auto detailing and paint correction and as such the LeMans blue paint is in PRISTINE condition. The car will be completely detailed and be given a light correction before pickup to ensure it is 99% of perfection. Cars with similar power mods are putting down ~390 rwhp which equates to about ~445 hp at the crank, NA horsepower!

Now when considering a price I did not want to be that guy thats asking 5k over a realistic sale price. I want to give a reasonable price right from that start that represents what the car is worth, yet is by no means over the top. I paid $54k for the car at the end of 2011 and have since put ~$4500 in parts and labor into it. With that said I decided on the following listing price.

Wow - that is a beautiful car and $43k is a pretty reasonable asking price. Does the car have a sunroof?

I notice in the pictures that the hood has a larger air gap over the passenger's side headlight. Has the car been in any accidents?

Good catch on the gap. I am going to guess that it just needs to be adjusted on the passengers side. When I got mine new it looked just like that. Simple 2 minute fix if it is what I am thinking it is.

Yea guys no accidents what so ever. I really think that might just be the angle of the picture because I've never noticed it in real life. But like the previous poster said, real fast adjustment. I had to do it on my previous 335.

the hood latches on both sides, my hood does that sometime, just push it down

Yes it does have sunroof. Selling because not having a manual is going to eat away at me.

I think he's confused because your number (55k) seems a little off.

This link is for a CPO with 34k miles with a few less features for $45k. CPO probably adds 2-3k to the price, no?

Yes, I was confused because your number seems a lot off. Dealers (and anyone else) are certainly free to advertise whatever they want, but there is NO WAY they are going to actually find someone dumb enough (in any city in this country at least) to shell out anywhere near 55k for a lightly modded '09 with 38k miles.

Thanks, you just made up my mind on this issue. I've driven both transmissions in the M3, but have no idea what it would be like to live with a DCT after owning a 335i 6MT. Pretty clear answer
